Delivery Information

At Bromborough Flowers Ltd, we are committed to providing a reliable and efficient delivery service to ensure your flowers arrive fresh and on time. Please read below for full details about our delivery options, areas, and policies.

Delivery Areas

We deliver to the following areas:

  • Local Delivery: We deliver to Wirral, Merseyside, and some areas of Cheshire.

  • Nationwide and International Delivery: For areas outside our local delivery zone, we work with our affiliate relay provider, Direct2Florist, to fulfill orders. Please note:

    • Flowers delivered through Direct2Florist will be supplied by a trusted local florist in the recipient’s area.

    • These arrangements may differ from those created by Bromborough Flowers Ltd.

    • We do not offer postal flowers.

Delivery Charges

  • Local Delivery: Free delivery is available for specific local areas near our shop. Please contact us to confirm if your location qualifies for free delivery.

  • Other Areas: Delivery charges vary depending on the distance from our shop. Contact us at 0151 200 0083 for more information about delivery fees.

  • Relay Orders (Nationwide/International): Delivery fees for orders fulfilled by Direct2Florist will vary based on their pricing structure.

Delivery Times

  • We deliver Monday to Saturday during our normal opening hours.

  • Same-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 2 PM. Please note that same-day delivery may occasionally be unavailable due to high demand or scheduling constraints and we reserve the right to remove it at any time.

  • Preferred Delivery Times: You can request a preferred delivery time (e.g., morning or afternoon, between the hours of x). While we will do our best to accommodate your request, this is not always guaranteed due to workload and other deliveries.

Special Occasions

For busy periods like Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas, we recommend placing your order as early as possible. This ensures availability of your chosen flowers and allows us to prepare your order efficiently.

Special Delivery Instructions

We aim to make your flower delivery as seamless as possible. During online checkout, you can provide additional instructions such as:

  • “Leave with a neighbour”

  • “Deliver after 3 PM”

For personal face-to-face or over the telephone orders, you must ensure you have requested this service at the point of ordering and it is accordingly noted. Please remember we are not mind-readers!

As always ,whilst we will do our best to accommodate these requests, they are subject to feasibility based on our delivery schedules during that day.

Missed Deliveries

If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery:

  1. We will follow any specific instructions you have provided (e.g., leave with a neighbor).

  2. If no instructions are provided:

    • We may attempt to leave the flowers with a neighbor or in a safe place (if deemed secure such as an enclosed porch – we will always take photographic evidence in these instances that they have been left securely).

    • A calling card will be left advising where the flowers can be collected from – it is the recipients responsibility to make the necessary arrangements thereafter to collect the flowers from where they have been left.

  3. If delivery cannot be completed:

    • The flowers will be returned to our shop where we may ask you to collect them or attempt a further delivery at cost.

    • In such cases, redelivery will incur an additional fee based on our mileage/delivery rates.

Click & Collect

Prefer to pick up your flowers? We offer a convenient Click & Collect service:

  • Place your order online, over the phone, or in person.

  • Collect your flowers from our shop at:

    • 120 Allport Road, Bromborough, Wirral, CH62 6AQ

  • Collection is available during our regular opening hours.

Delivery Restrictions

Please note the following restrictions:

  • We do not deliver to PO boxes.

  • Deliveries must be made to a valid residential or commercial address.

Nationwide and International Orders (Direct2Florist)

For orders outside our local area:

  • These are fulfilled by Direct2Florist, a trusted relay network of independent florists.

  • The flowers will be designed and delivered by a florist local to the recipient’s area.

  • Please note that these arrangements may differ from those created by Bromborough Flowers Ltd.

We do not offer postal flower services; all deliveries using this service are hand-delivered by professional florists.
